Taz was very helpful in getting us a great rate. We had an approval from butler and he beat their rate by quite a bit, and was very responsive. Pleasure to work with Taz.

I would like to thank Taz Zaide for all his sincere efforts in helping us close our first property.
Being a first time home buyer was VERY stressful. And being a rookie in the market I ended up with the wrong mortgage broker initially, UNTIL I met Taz.
Taz was my firefighter and superman. Someone that I called when I had a 911 with my financing. He came through for us in such a TIMELY manner. Compared to other mortgage brokers, Taz was honest. He was fast but he was also very diligent. When Taz gave me a rate, it was a qualified and my best possible rate in the market. No BS, and no overselling.
If you're looking for someone who is SOLID, very professional, honest & trustworthy, and genuinely looks out for you - then don't think twice, just use Taz. You'll be glad you did. We definitely were.
Not only did Taz come through for us for our financing, but even to the very end, he took a financial hit on his end that he didn't need to, out of kindness of his heart.
Taz - thank you so much for that all that you you did and still do for us. I am grateful to you and your team. Thank you for helping us close our first home. We appreciate YOU.

With today's uncertain market, it helps to have an exceptional person taking care of your mortgage. For us that was Al Manji. He went above and beyond for us, and secured us the best rates possible. He is responsive, timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He advocated for us every step of the way and taught us a great deal about the real estate realm. As this was our first experience, he was extremely patient and took the time to explain every detail and option. Al is the only person I would work with on all future mortgage endeavours. Thank you Al for making this a seamless journey for our family.

Taz Zaide is the Best of the Best! Had an absolutely hassle free experience getting a mortgage through Taz at 6ix Mortgage Group. This is not my first mortgage and have been through some stressful experiences dealing with mediocre brokers. Taz was very professional, offered the most competitive rates. Extremely knowledgeable and takes you through the pro/cons of Fixed vs Variable and offer the right advise without being pushy.
Everything from start to finish was a breeze.

Taz gave me the lowest rate online and he is super helpful. I have now bought 3 properties from him. If you are looking for an agent who acknowledges the clients request in a diligent and concise manner I would recommend Taz. Thanks again!

Thank you so much to Omair for all the help to have provided us during our time of looking for a property. He was very patient, kind and a knowledgeable person. It took us two years to find a property that we like. All this time, he patiently provided us with information we need. He always made sure that we are not making any hasty decisions.
I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heart beat.
Thank you again 😊

He is so professional and humble. I went to a lot of mortgage agents to get my mortgage approved for my 1st home but everyone was charging me hefty fee and wasn’t able to solve my problem. I was fortunate to meet Taz, who not even solved my problem but made process so smooth. Thank you Taz for going above and beyond in whole process.
